I cannot say enough of how welcome it is to FINALLY enjoy a casino experience without a room full of smoke. But that was the only black mark to an otherwise great experience. You get FAR better beverage service out on the casino floor. Someone who spoke (at best) a broken English maybe visited our table to check on drinks or follow-ups (like coffee as things wound down) maybe once.
It was HORRIBLY overpriced for what there was, and the service was somebody's idea of a bad joke. I wish the same could be said for their buffet.
And as for the parking, the lot is up-to-date, had a good feeling of safety and security, and there are shuttle people always looking to take you to the front door (and back at the end of the evening). The games were fair and the atmosphere encouraged you to stay longer and longer. But with it finally becoming non-smoking, it was THE most pleasant casino experience I have had in the state of Florida. But almost always had to go there about the time they opened (9 AM) because of the smoke. Have visited the Isle before - small but fairly nice casino with a lot of 'comfortable' games.
